Submission Guidelines

Guidelines Abstract Preparation

  • Names and email addresses of all authors (This information will not be revealed to the reviewers to ensure the anonymous procedure.)
  • Title of the abstract (up to 25 words)
  • The sub-theme selected
  • The type of presentation
    • Paper
    • Symposium
    • Poster
  • Keywords that illustrate the content of the abstract with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 keywords
  • An abstract (up to 250 words) describing the aim of the research/practice/project, methodology, (preliminary) findings, significance for theory and/or practice and relevance for the selected conference strand

Guidelines Poster Preparation​

  • The poster size should be in A2 size. Please use the header and footer format as shown in the template. The presenters are free to use interactive design/ infographic for the content. 
  • Your poster should (if any) include:
    • Introduction/Abstract (up to 250 words)
    • Objectives (up to 250 words)
    • Method (up to 250 words)
    • Theoretical underpinnings (up to 250 words)
    • Findings (up to 250 words)

World Association of Lesson Studies

WALS aims to promote and advance the research and practices focused on Lesson Studies in order to improve the quality of teaching and learning.
It provides a platform for research collaboration, mutual assistance and information exchange among its members.
