The World Association of Lesson Studies (WALS) supports educators and researchers interested in advancing teaching and learning through practice-based research. Our member-run organization includes members from more than 35 countries who embrace a broad family of Lesson Study and Learning Study approaches. Our annual conferences, flagship journal, webinars and special interest groups provide opportunities to exchange ideas, consider new approaches, and work with colleagues around the world to improve the quality of teaching and learning.
