Presentation Guidelines

For the convenience of the participants, the conference organizers have made available the presentation and poster templates, although their use is optional.

Instructions for Paper Presenters

  • Presentation must be within 15 minutes.
  • Presentation slides should be between 10-15 slides.

Instructions for Poster Presenters

  • The poster is best printed in an upright A0 format (841 x 1188 mm / 33.11 x 46.81 inches).
  • The presenter can use the header and footer format as shown in the template.
  • The presenter is free to use interactive design/ infographic for the content.
  • Your poster should (if any) include:
    • Introduction
    • Topic of the research
    • Objectives
    • Theoretical underpinnings
    • Findings
    • Contacts: name, organization, e-mail
