Registration for Lesson Study Immersion Programme (LSIP) in Fukui has reached its maximum capacity. The application for LSIP is now closed.

Notes:

  1. Conference registration fee includes WALS subscriptions, conference book, refreshments and lunch.
  2. WALS membership fee (commencing 1st January 2018) is included in registration fee.
  3. Those with memberships expiring before 31 December 2017 need to pay the full conference fee (above).
  4. Student registrants need to also provide proof of their status by uploading their student cards incl. name, affilication and expiration date.
  5. 10 years members must be checked at registration form.
    What is 10 years member ?

The pre-registration for conference dinner, school visit and LSIP in Fukui will close as soon as capacity is reached.

Note: We are unable to refund registration fees for any reason. Please be careful not to register twice.

Receive confirmation e-mail

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address you used for registration.
Be sure to keep this e-mail because it serves as proof of registration.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes, your registration may not have been successful. In this case, please contact us by E-mail. (info@wals2017.com)
Please print out your registration confirmation and present it at the reception desk on the day of the event. You will receive a name tag and a conference bag.

VISA - IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please check whether you are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan on the Japanese Government website (http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/).

Those who need visa support documents should check the "Visa required" box at the time of your online registration for participation. To those who checked the "Visa required" box, we will send the information on how to complete an application for our visa support (visa support documents). Then, please proceed with the application accordingly. Our visa support will be available until September 30, 2017. Please note any applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
