They will articulate the strategies to facilitate and sustain Lesson Study for teachers’ knowledge creation from the knowledge management perspective. Knowledge management in school education focuses on leveraging pedagogical knowledge as resources for instructional design and curriculum implementation.
Lesson Study refers to a synergistic process of knowledge creation in which teachers share their knowledge through social interactions, and they apply and check the pedagogical knowledge by practicing lesson design and teaching materials through few research lessons. Lesson Study is a knowledge management approach for effective curriculum implementation.
