All teachers of children aged 0 to 18 qualify for teacher membership.
In order to validate your student or teacher membership, please email admin@walsnet.org a valid student or teacher id after registration within 3 working days. Otherwise, your membership will be cancelled without refund.
Cancellation Fees applies
In case of voluntary cancellation of the participation in the conference:
- The participant will receive a refund of the registration fee, minus $20 for administrative and membership fee if it occurs 2 months before the start of the conference (up to and including 1st October, 2026)
- The participant will receive a refund of 50 % of the registration fee, minus $20 for administrative and membership fee if it occurs 30 days before the start of the conference (from 2nd October to 1st November inclusive)
- In all other cases, the registration fee will not be refunded.
